Remote Access Support

Progressive provides a secure remote access support application that is available for download from our website. With your permission we can have controlled access into your computer or network from our office, allowing us to service your request quickly and on a more cost efficient basis. While travel time is saved, remote access also allows our staff to retain full access to all facilities at our offices.

Onsite Support

We pride ourselves on a fast efficient site visit service for all Customers. You can book business systems consultants for systems maintenance and upgrades, issue resolution and training. When booking a site visit you will receive a site visit confirmation document from Progressive via fax confirming the required work.

Response times are in line with the criticality of the issue; urgent calls are responded to with priority.

IT Services support such as Server, PC or Perihperal Issues are provide on an 'As Required' basis via Remote Access or Onsite.

A monthly Schedule Maintenance Support option is available for Backup Verification and Server System Health Check.
